If your package is returned due to you providing the incorrect shipping address you will be responsible for paying fee to reship order out. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the unlikely event you receive damaged products. Defective items need to be addressed within 15 days from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective RYLYDBEAUTY you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
